Colour : Mahogany, beautiful brilliance.

Nose : A fine, subtle attack, with a light aroma of fine rancio, hazelnut and cocoa, orange blossom, honey, nutmeg and black pepper.

Very rich and complex, with great finesse.

Palate : Very precise and clean, good dimension on the palate, great natural sweetness, lots of substance.
Great overall balance, with fine rancio combined with beeswax and leather dominating the palate.

Structured finish with powerful alcohol, leaving a very clean mouth.

A superb expression of a Borderies Cognac aged in a moderately damp cellar for over 30 years.
