Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : a deep chesnut colour with brown and golden hints.
Nose : you will discover persistant minty notes leading to aromas of vanilla and clove, finishing on candied notes of quince, prune and a light woody flavour.
Palate : there are hints of liquorice, spices and candied fruit.
Finish : a lingering note of rancio.
Grape varieties : Ugni blanc, Folle blanche.
Distillation on lees.
Ageing : in French oak cask.
