Tasting notes :

Colour : deep bronze.

Nose : an enticing and elegant bouquet with aromas of baked apricot, rich orange and quince. Touches of fruit and honey come along with toffee, vanilla, oak and a stunning rancio.

Palate : thick, intense and mouth-watering. This Cognac offers aromas of candied fruit, oak, toasted spices and dried fruit leading to dark chocolate, leather and toffee.

Finish : everlasting.

Single barrel.

Grape varieties : Ugni blanc, Folle blanche.

Distillation on lees.

Ageing : in French oak cask.
