Palate : Very round, supple, and
licorice-like, subtly revealing the
tannins of the melted wood.

Finish : Long and warm. The menthol
notes linger over spicy notes.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Crus : Fins Bois and Petite Champagne.

Ageing : minimum 9 years old in new
and old French oak barrels.
