Tasting notes :

Nose : complex, offering multiple sensations : old Port, cocoa, praline, amber and saffron. The second nose is round, marked by very fine tannins and notes of heather honey.

Palate : sweetness, freshness and delicacy supported by fragrances of Bourbon vanilla, English cake, liquorice and candied orange.

Finish : superb with a blond tobacco, currant, nutty finish and very discreet smoky sensations.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Cru : Petite Champagne.

Ageing : in French oak cask.
