Description
Tasting notes :
Nose : finesse, complexity, aromas of prune, fig, liquorice, dried almond and that characteristic of very Old Cognac : rancio.
Palate : generous, perfect balance with notes of candied fruit, raisin sec, gingerbread and coffee.
Ageing : in French Limousin oak cask.
Natural colour.
To taste neat in tulip glass, with foie gras, a cigar.
