Infini Grande Champagne De Luze Cognac

Tasting notes :

Colour : splendid and brilliant, blending golden, amber and mahogany hues.

Nose : complex; the initial nose reveals floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine, followed by dried fruits such as apricot and fig.

After aeration, spicy notes emerge, such as cinnamon, saffron and nutmeg. These are followed by woody notes of chocolate, old Port and cedar wood.

Palate : rich, complex, balanced and velvety, with balsamic, Muscat and dried fruit notes.

Finish : elegant, subtle, sublime, with an exceptional length on the palate lasting several tens of minutes.

Infini is a complex blend of very old eaux-de-vie, carefully matured in a cellar with high humidity to impart suppleness and roundness through natural reduction.
