Tasting notes :
Nose : delicate, notes of grain and undergrowth.
Palate : smooth, notes of red fruit and candied fruit.
Harvest : 2017.
Distillation : 2018.
This is a French single malt Whisky made from barley, aged first in old French oak Cognac casks and then finished in old Pineau des Charentes barrels.
Double distillation in Charentais still.
Un-chillfiltered.
Gold medal at the French Drinks Awards in Paris in 2025.
Bronze medal at Tokyo Whisky and Spirits Competition in 2023.
