Tasting notes :
Nose : lively with notes of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit.
Palate : powerful with notes of candied fruit and a hint of wood.
Limited edition of 500 bottles !
Harvest : 2019.
Distillation : 2020.
This is a French single malt Whisky made from malted barley, aged first for 2 years in French oak Cognac casks, then aged for a second 2 years in French oak casks of white Pineau des Charentes, an ancient grape variety known as Folle blanche.
Double distillation in Charentais still.
Un-chillfiltered.
It's a natural cask strength.
Gold medal at the French Drinks Awards in Paris in 2025.
