Tasting notes :
Nose : it reveals a delicate floral note, lending freshness and elegance to the whole.
Palate : smooth and generous, carried by delicious notes of mirabelle plum compote that gently envelop the palate. A slight acidity contrasts with the sweet notes to create a perfect, refined balance.
Ageing : 5 years in French oak barrels.
