On the nose : vanilla, undergrowth, spice bread, leather.

On the palate : It gives off a temperament marked by a naturally high degree.

Bottling : August 28th 2024.

Ageing : 30 years in French oak barrel (single cask).

Harvest : 1994.

The non-woody, unfiltered, non-sweetened eau-de-vie without added sugar retains its purity and natural transparency.

This Cognac exudes a pronounced temperament as well as a naturally higher degree of alcohol.

Cru : Fins Bois.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Serving suggestions : as a digestive with a cigar.
