Tasting notes :
Colour : golden.
Nose : very refined. Notes of vanilla, candied fruit and caramel.
Palate : balanced, round and mellow with notes of rancio.
Cru : Petite Champagne.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : 50 to 75 years in French oak barrels in a humid cellar.
Natural colour. No added sugar, caramel or wood.
It's a natural cask strength.
This elixir should be enjoyed with respect, happiness and joy as a digestif.
