Nose : complex marked by notes of candied fruits and followed by vanilla and apple.
Palate : great roundness.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Crus : Fins Bois and Petite Champagne.
Ageing : minimum 4 years in French Limousin oak barrels.
To taste neat or with ice cube at aperitif or in cocktail.
