Nose : attractive, clean, complex nose with delicate yellow floral aromas followed by slight notes of hazelnut and apricot.
Palate : confident, elegant and complex, with lots of character for the retro nasal aromas of white peony followed by apricot and hazelnut.
Finish : long and elegant.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st of the Cognac appellation.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : from 2 to 4 years in Limousin French oak barrels.
