VSOP Folle en Vie Folle blanche single cask Maison Pierre Palissier Cognac limited edition

Tasting notes :

Colour : golden amber.

Nose : floral notes. 

Palate : woody, spicy, and vanilla 
notes.

Grape variety : Folle Blanche. It
represents less than 1 % of the Cognac
AOC vineyards. These white-skinned and
white-fleshed grapes produce low-alcohol
wines. This variety is very susceptible
to gray mold.

Vineyards : Fins Bois. Vineyards
overlooking the Gironde estuary
on a clay-limestone terroir.

Ageing: 5 years in fine-grained cask,
medium toast.

This is a 2019 vintage, a single cask.

Limited edition of 600 bottles !

Enjoy it in a cocktail for a blend
of flavors, as a digestif with a
square of chocolate, or with seafood.
