Hand-harvested.
Cru : Fins Bois. This is the largest
cru in the Cognac region (40 % of the
region's total vineyards). The subsoil
is made up of hard limestone; the soils
are groies. The eaux-de-vie are more
robust but not heavy. Their fruit
remains very distinctive, and like the
Borderies, they age quickly.
Aged for 6 years in old Limousin oak
barrels in a humid cellar.
