The Paul Monier brand was created by our family near Cognac, Le Palin, in order to offer exceptional Cognac.
Named "Paul Monier" in homage to the family's ancestor, it reflects of our expertise, handed down from generation to generation.
In VS, VSOP and XO, our Cognac are the result of a rigorous selection and prolonged ageing in French oak barrels. They highlight our best terroirs.
