Tasting notes :
On the nose, this Whisky is expressive, it has finesse and a certain elegance on spices like pepper and cardamom.
On the palate, it's the tension between spices and freshness that prevails, with a nice length. The promise of the nose is therefore kept in the mouth.
50 % of the blend was aged in new American oak barrels, and 50 % in Bourbon barrels for 2 years. Then, the maturation was done in Japanese Mizunara oak casks for 1 year.
