Description
Tasting notes :
Nose : notes of ripe banana, vanilla and spices.
Palate : full-bodied, intense and spicy, with notes of blond tobacco and liquorice.
Ageing : first, 3 years in new American Bourbon oak barrels, then, finishing in Rum cask from Barbados for 6 months.
Ideal served over ice, but also in delicious fruity cocktail.
