This plant-based sugar (65 Brix) is ideal for use both at the bar (in cocktail) and in the kitchen (in baking).
This syrup is produced by gently boiling the grape juice to reduce it without altering the fruit’s natural flavours. It can be used as a substitute for white sugar in all its applications : it withstands cooking and can be caramelised.
