With a rich history, the Vallet family boasts no fewer than eight generations of expertise in Cognac production.

Pierre Vallet and his son Maurice selected and blended eaux-de-vie from across the Cognac region : the first ‘Pierre Vallet’ creations were born.

At the end of the 19th century, faced with the phylloxera epidemic, Pierre Vallet took the courageous decision to sell his stock to save his vineyard.

Tradition : over 160 years of family expertise as an independent winegrower.
