Founded in the heart of Jarnac in 1819 by Alexandre Bisquit, who was later joined by his son-in-law Adrien Dubouché, Maison Bisquit & Dubouché is renowned for its distinctive distillation method, which gives its spirits exceptional smoothness and a very high concentration of aromas. Completely revamped in 2020 by the Campari Group with a sleek, contemporary bottle, our eaux-de-vie are protected by the brand’s symbolic griffin, the ‘guardian’ of our cellars.

Alexandre Bisquit, founder of the House in 1819, knew the value of time.

Through his many travels and encounters, he discovered that giving more time to distillation was the secret to producing a rounder, more generous cognac with a richer aromatic bouquet.

Nearly two centuries later, our Cellar Master also masters time with talent and passion to offer a rare moment of tasting.
