Tasting notes :

Colour : coppery gold.

Nose : lily of the valley notes, angelica, hazelnut, nutmeg, pear.

Palate : notes of cinnamon, vanilla, raisin, pine-honey, well-rounded, good character, very seductive.

Cru : Fins Bois.

Grape varieties : Folle blanche, Colombard, Montils.

Distillation on lees.

Ageing : 20 years old in French Limousin oak barrels.
