Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : Sumptuous deep ruby with glints of bronze.
Nose : elegant, sensual aromas similar to a very old Vintage Port.
Palate : round and mellow, full body, strength and fruity.
It's very rare.
Harvest : 1985.
Grape varieties : merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc.
Ageing : 30 years old in French Tronçais oak barrels.
To serve chilled at 10° with chocolate desserts, also fig, gingerbread, cinnamon and prune.
