Palate : very fruity, notes of angelica and raisin, perfectly balanced, round.

Grape variety : Folle blanche.

XO Premier :

Colour : golden almost orange highlights.

Nose : notes of bread, almond, gorse and wild peach, cinnamon, racy and complex, clearly defined.

Palate : fruity, very rich, notes of orange, fresh.

Finish : very long aftertaste.

Grape varieties : Colombard, Montils and Folle blanche.

Ageing : 12 years old in French oak casks.

Nose : lily of the valley notes, angelica, hazelnut, nutmeg, pear.

Palate : notes of cinnamon, vanilla, raisin, pine honey, beautifully balanced, amazing character, seductive.

Ageing : 20 years old in French oak barrels.
