Tasting notes :

Nose : Violet and rich aromas of ripe grapes, candied pear and subtle notes of vanilla.

Palate : Floral notes combine with aromas of hot pastry.

Candied fruits dominate the long and creamy finish.

This precious nectar has been meticulously preserved since its harvest in the Borderies vineyards more than 20 years ago. The 2000 vintage is an exceptional Cognac revealing floral notes of rare elegance.

Tasting suggestion : Vintage to drink neat to enjoy all its complexity or accompanied by a cigar.
