Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : coppery with mahogany highlights.
Nose : elegant and complex, with notes of candied fruit (orange, prune), warm pastries, liquorice and rancio. There are also hints of spice, vanilla, mellow oak and coconut.
Palate : balanced, long and round, with notes of candied fruit (plum, pear), spices, vanilla, almond and coconut. The rancio then comes through.
Finish : long and smooth.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : in French oak barrels.
