Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : crystal-clear gold with amber hues.
Nose : floral notes leaning towards yellow flowers (jasmine, honeysuckle) and black tea at first. Then, citrus notes emerge, with hints of orange peel blending beautifully with notes of vanilla and spices.
Palate : an elegant, well-balanced structure revealing notes of white pepper and nutmeg, followed by citrus notes.
Finish : long and rounded, tending towards notes of vanilla.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Crus : Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois and Bons Bois.
Ageing : in French oak barrels.
