Tasting notes :
Eye : deep mahogany brown.
Nose : an infinite palette of aromas and fragrances. Fresh spring flowers such as hawthorn and honeysuckle are highlighted by black pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate : complex with sweet fruits such as plum, apricot and fig complete this wonderful blend.
Finish : Coffee and mocha round it all off.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st of the Cognac appellation.
Ageing : in French oak barrels in a humid cellar.
