Description
Tasting notes :
Eye : Amber, intense and clear with golden highlights.
Nose : Delicious notes of vanilla, cocoa, roundness and a hint of wood. Its nobility, distinction and uncompromising character is revealed in the nose. Floral notes.
Palate : Sweetness on entry, notes of nut, vanilla, texture and roundness. In the mouth, it's long, superb, well-balanced with extreme finesse.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st of the Cognac appellation.
Ageing : in dry cellar during some years and many decades in humid cellar.
