Description
Tasting notes :
Eye : Brown, amber and shiny.
Nose : robust, masculine, open with notes of woody and vanilla evolution, roundness, hints of quince, dried apricot and honey.
Palate : A powerful onset on the palate that can be surprising, notes of hazelnut, walnut, structured with length. Persistent aromas and a delicate fullness.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st of the Cognac appellation.
Ageing : in French oak barrels in a dry cellar.
