Tasting notes :
Eye : Intense amber-brown hue.
Nose : Wonderful aromas of vanilla, cocoa and a hint of flowers.
Palate : Very spicy, fine and well-balanced.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st of the Cognac appellation.
Ageing : in French oak barrels in a humid cellar.
To pay tribute to this winning horse, he decided to create the cuvée "Number 6" as the first cuvée in his collection of old reserves. This Cognac was made with a meticulously selected blend of Grande Champagne, with each sip evoking the power and grace of the horse that marked that memorable day.
