Nose : complex with notes of crème brûlée, salted caramel, Bourbon vanilla, cloves and candied fruits.
Palate : round, smooth, complex and sweet.
Finish : long with powerful oak notes.
Cru : Fins Bois. Limestone soil.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Harvest : 1990.
Ageing : 30 years old in 350 L. French Limousin oak barrels.
Without sugar. Un-chillfiltered.
