Tasting notes :

Colour : yellow gold.

Nose : notes of almond and marzipan, well-married aromas of white flowers and camomile.

Palate : harmonic and integrated flavours of orange and pear.

Finish : well-balanced, vanilla aromas and hints of toffee.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Crus : Fins Bois, Bons Bois, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne.

Ageing : in French oak barrels in humid cellar.
