Nose : very fruity, with fresh notes of quince, Muscat grapes and candied angelica. A complex bouquet of nutmeg, clove, cinnamon and subtle vanilla is complemented by delicate hints of dried fruit. A seductive combination on the nose.
Palate : rich and fresh, with all the aromas from the nose expressing themselves with an elegance and structure worthy of a symphony. A perfect union of the fine, delicate aromas of the Grande Champagne region and the subtle Charente rancio.
Finish : fresh and lingering, with incredible complexity and length.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : in new French Limousin oak casks.
