Nose : great aromatic softness with hints of freshly baked bread, buttercream and chestnut honey. Notes of citrus and vanilla.
Palate : Upbeat and fruity, a round flavor balanced by lively grapefruit notes.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Fins Bois.
Double distillation on lees.
Ageing : minimum 2 years old in Limousin French oak barrels.
To be served in cocktail or long drink, with foie gras or oysters.
