Palate : both intense and delicate with a remarkable balance between woody and sweet cherry notes.
Finish : long with a smooth accent
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Fins Bois.
Double distillation on lees.
Ageing : minimum 4 years old in Limousin French oak barrels.
To be served in cocktail, on the rocks, with dark chocolate or tarte Tatin dessert.
