Tasting notes :
Colour : deep amber with mahogany glow.
Nose : great complexity. Cedar wood untertones followed by smooth candied fruitiness and rich cocoa aromas. These are followed by hints of spices such as cloves.
Palate : intense yet smooth and silky with delicate and gourmet notes of liquorice, followed by cloves and walnut, ending with a minty hint.
Finish : very long and elegant.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Fins Bois.
Double distillation on lees.
Ageing : minimum 10 years old in Limousin French oak barrels.
To be served as a digestif or with red fruits dessert.
