Palate : It reveals a remarkable balance between notes of rancio and saffron, candied fruit.
Finish : notes of dark tobacco and liquorice.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Crus : Petite Champagne, Fins Bois.
Ageing : minimum 6 years old in French oak barrels.
