This cuvée honours the memory of Louis Deau, born in 1665 in the Cognac region.

Tasting notes :

Nose : rich in aromas and reveals subtle flavours of stewed fruit, blackcurrant, cocoa, liquorice and banana.

Palate : it's rich and generous, with notes of musk, cinnamon and dried fruit.

Finish : exceptionally long.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : in French Limousin oak casks.
