Tasting notes :
Delicate, the nose exhales fruity fragrances (fig, pear) with subtle notes of butter and raisin bread.
On the palate, the aromas of the nose combine harmoniously with notes of leather and nutmeg.
Grape varieties : Ugni blanc and Folle blanche.
Produced from the last distillation in 1969 of a historic 600-liters still, this Cognac was initially matured in 600-liters old cask, followed by ageing in 400-liters cask until its peak. The Cognac was then matured in 270-liters cask, followed by 30-liters Dame-Jeanne.
No added sugar.
