This cognac, distilled in the 1960s, was acquired at the same time as the estate by Patrick Drouet's father.

Tasting notes :

Nose: Dominant notes of stone fruit jam.

Palate : Complex, rich aromas of plum, prune, peach, quince, vanilla and a hint of gingerbread.

As a representative of the 4th generation, he is both master distiller and cellar master at the family winery. He has a deep attachment to the terroirs of the Premier Crus of the Cognac Appellation and has been truly seduced by the eaux-de-vie, each with its own personality and unique flavour. Naturally, he chose not to blend or alter them, preferring to let them age individually before bottling them in the traditional way.
