Tasting notes :
Colour : Coppery orange, clear and
bright.
Nose : Aromas of apricot, dried fruits
and caramel.
Palate : Round, sweet, with surprising
notes of candied fruits and frangipane.
Harvest : 1989.
This is a very rare product, with a
unique ageing process, limited to a
few barrels and bottled upon request.
Neither fined nor filtered.
Enjoy as an aperitif, with an
apricot tart, pear cake, or blue
cheese.
