This VSOP is a blend of vintages from 2003 to 1998, and 43% vol.
Tasting
Visual examination:
This VSOP has a golden dress, slightly tinted with amber.
Olfactory examination:
We immediately distinguish the aromatic finesse of this cognac.
A first aroma of fresh Vanilla that vanishes in a bouquet of Spring: Hyacinth, White Narcissus, Acacia and Dried Linden.
There are also slightly spicy notes.
Taste test:
Flexible and pleasant. Lightness of the amount, roundness and persistence in the mouth characterize the VSOP Michel Forgeron.
