Tasting notes :
Colour : sublime golden brown colour, it's very bright and has mahogany highlights.
Nose : A nose of great finesse with a beautiful aromatic tension of notes of spices, nut and caramel. But also notes of stewed fruit and pastries.
Palate : supple, rounded and subtle. An impressive array of aromas on the palate with great persistence.
Finish : a finish with buttery, toasted notes.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st of the Cognac appellation.
Ageing : 15 to 25 years old in French oak barrels.
