Tasting notes :
Nose : notes of dried cherry, wildflowers and light caramel.
Palate : very smooth with a hint of sweetness. The white stone fruit flavors are enveloped in sweet spices.
Finish : long.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st of the Cognac appellation. Clay-limestone soil.
Ageing : 6 to 8 years old in French oak barrels.
To be served as an aperitif or in cocktail, with blue cheese, dark chocolate or tiramisu dessert.
