Tasting notes :
This very amber colour Cognac
has an elegant, complex nose with floral, prune, cinnamon and balsamic notes.
The palate has a clean attack with good density. The smooth, well-balanced body leads to a velvety, incredibly long finish.
This Cognac comes from a farm in Mainxe, on the slopes of Marancheville, which ceased operations following the death of the owner. As the heirs did not wish to take over, they decided to sell the lots. Grosperrin House had already been one of the buyers during the owner's lifetime.
