Palate : rich and round, with notes of honey and raisins.

Cru : Grande Champagne. Situated at the heart of the Cognac region, it's considered the most prestigious terroir. Its chalky soil, composed mainly of soft limestone, promotes excellent drainage and the slow maturation of the eaux-de-vie. These characteristics allow Cognac from this region to develop great finesse, floral elegance and an exceptional capacity for ageing.
Ageing : 20 years in French Limousin oak casks.
