This Cognac is best enjoyed neat, at room temperature, in a tulip-shaped glass, or with an ice cube.

Tasting notes :

Colour : amber.

Nose : elegant, feminine, with notes of ripe grapes, pear, apple compote, vanilla and dried fruit.

Palate : light on the attack, round, with notes of fresh fruit, honey, almond and caramel.

Finish : medium length, fruity.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Cru : Fins Bois. Clay-limestone soil.

Distillation on lees.

Ageing : for many years (well beyond the legal minimum) in French oak casks.
