Nose : complex, with notes of dried fruit, fig, prune, vanilla, crème brûlée, spices and leather.
Palate : full-bodied and rounded, with woody and spicy notes, candied orange, caramel, honey and dark chocolate.
Finish : long and harmonious.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Fins Bois. Clay-limestone soil.
Distillation on lees.
Ageing : for many years (well beyond the legal minimum) in French oak casks.
